Service Description

We are excited to welcome Noelle Dwyer, founder of Solo Barre, to the Peach Pit. This unique class, miniMOVEMENT+MEDITATION offers a space for kids 6-10 years old to develop a mindful practice to increase self awareness, manage stress + focus on the present moment. We will begin our session learning balance + stability positions to help re-focus our energy, strengthen our body + mind. After getting the wiggles out, we will finish each session with a mindful presence meditation. Throughout the entire class we will practice belly breathing to calm + connect our body + mind.
