Service Description

Students from any school are welcome. Mondays - Thursdays, every school day following the RCDS School Calendar. Program will include theme weeks with thoughtfully planned activities using research-based best practices for the development of skills, confidence and overall well being. Students will have an opportunity to play in a way that improves their cognitive, physical and social skills; which they will need for studying, working and building relationships. Each day will focus on a different area of the arts/extracurricular whether it be music, drama, STEM, sports, yoga, dance, cooking and art. We will allow for structured-freedom which helps children build connections in their brain to lay the groundwork for cognitive growth. In addition, we will always incorporate Kindergarten readiness activities into our time together. Students will engage in age-appropriate, hands-on learning in an environment where they are encouraged to take risks and try new things with their peers. Instruction will be personalized to meet every child right where they are. We will wind down every day with a read aloud and short discussion and reflection of our time together. Days of the week will be parent choice as per availability. *Discounted price for those registered 4 days a week. *Choose August 1 as start date when registering*
